Frist day no real junk

Well, I managed to get on the elliptical for 30 minutes and lift some weight 10x12x70 lbs. I also ate a little better but still not great. I am a little optimistic that I will loose a good chunk of weight quickly and then work off the rest.

If I can get this to under 205 by this weekend, I may still have a fighting chance.
