Closing in on 200

Well, this week has been up and down. On Wednesday, I was 200.6. This was the lowest I have been in some time. Unfortunately on Thursday my eating schedule went all wrong and I ate much later in the day. I have been working out with weights (usually 10x12x60 lbs. this week) and swimming (avg 64x25 m). I also fill in on the off days with walking. I have still been able to stay away from most packaged food. My brother provided us with vegetables from his garden which are all but gone today, but this really helped with keeping up on the greens. This morning I my weight is:

Still much too high in the body fat percentage. I have been staying away from eating meat not really on purpose, it is just not top of mind. I think this is good. I do focus in on protein though and us beans to fill in.
